Be proactive Begin with the end in mind put first things first think win/win seek first to understand then to be understood synergize sharper the saw The ones that we most impactful to me was number 2, 3, and 5. I really enjoyed when it talked about put first things first. It categorized what you need to do and the order you need to do things into 4 different categories. It goes, important and urgent, then important but non urgent, then urgent but not important, then the last one was not urgent and not important. It talked about how we want to mostly stay in the second category because we don't want to have to do things when they are only urgent but we should do things that are important and non urgent then most of the time we won't have to deal with beating the clock.
