  As I sit down to write my final blog entry for this semester, I can't help but marvel at the incredible journey of learning and self-discovery that it has been. December 4th-10th

  Entrepreneurship isn’t just a career; it is all about the journey you go through and all the various skills and other things you learn along the way. It is a common practice to go from company to company to learn from others and develop your own skills and to understand more fully what it is in life that you want to accomplish. Throughout this process people usually realize what kind of business they want to create and how it will affect the world. Randy Haykin is a prime example of this process, he first started at a larger company and learned and grew his knowledge as well as grew the other people he knew that were on similar paths. This helped him to realize what he wanted and helped him throughout his journey of building up his own business. This is a big thing that I learned this week.
